Atelier Design Studio Portfolio

Atelier Design Studio brings three decades of architectural leadership across Dubai, London, and Tokyo. The studio is recognized for designing iconic towers and cultural landmarks that balance bold expression with refined restraint. Their portfolio spans residential, hospitality, and cultural institutions—each project distinguished by a commitment to contextualism, sustainability, and the creation of spaces that deepen human connection.

For The Chedi Private Residences, Atelier Design Studio has conceived a 55-level tower that respects the urban fabric of Sheikh Zayed Road while introducing a new language of luxury living. The design draws inspiration from the minimalist ethos of the Chedi brand, translating it into a vertical community where each residence enjoys commanding views, exceptional light, and a profound sense of privacy.

The tower embraces sustainability as a core principle, targeting LEED Platinum certification through passive design strategies, renewable energy integration, water conservation systems, and the creation of abundant green space both on the podium and integrated throughout the structure. The architecture aspires to set a new benchmark for responsible luxury in Dubai.

The Interior Designer

Zahra + Associates is an internationally acclaimed interior design studio founded in 2008 by Emirati designer Zahra Al Qassimi. The studio has earned global recognition for its material-first philosophy—sourcing exceptional finishes and artisanal elements from across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, then weaving them together with a distinctly local sensibility.

For The Chedi, Zahra + Associates has created interiors that echo the brand's philosophy of elevated simplicity. Every residence is conceived as a sanctuary—clean-lined and uncluttered, yet layered with warmth through the careful selection of materials, lighting, and curated art.
